We assess people in a variety of settings, for example, call centres, offices and warehousing, with many different health related conditions and disabilities including systemic and inflammatory disease, musculoskeletal pain, degenerative disease and amputees. Our aim is to maintain efficiency, productivity and comfort.
We provide workstation / desk assessments, wheelchair assessments, training to office staff to raise awareness of sitting posture, how to adjust workstations for comfort and adjusting chairs.

Complex Ergonomic Workstation Assessment (Individual need)
Workstation assessment for individuals with complex musculoskeletal problems and /or physical disability; who have been off work or struggle to be at work.
These assessments are useful for assisting individuals develop coping strategies and be made aware of different styles of equipment available to meet needs of disability.
- Investigation of musculoskeletal problems from client
- Task analysis
- Assessment of working techniques and postures
- Anthropometric measurement to ensure good fit of equipment
- Compliant with The Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) regulations 1992 and Equality Act 2010
A detailed written report is provided, outlining the findings of the assessment, any changes made, and offering valid and reliable conclusions identifying steps to reduce the risk.
When recommending equipment, we either recommend three suppliers for each piece of specified equipment to ensure impartiality or source from our clients’ preferred suppliers.
We aim to offer an appointment within your time frame, returning the report within ten working days. We are happy to liaise with HR or occupational health departments on any aspect of the workstation assessment.
Application of the Health and Safety Executive Regulations, Equality Act 2010 and Ergonomic best practice will be applied to all assessments to ensure compatibility.
